Shipping Policy
At Smalltown Ceramics, we understand that reliable shipping is just as important as the quality of the products you receive. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and supported within the United States, along with what you can expect if any issues arise.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and U.S. offshore locations where supported by our carriers.
For addresses in remote or restricted delivery areas, shipping times may be slightly longer than estimated.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
We aim to process and deliver orders efficiently while ensuring all ceramic items are packed securely.
Processing Time is 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Transit Time is 2 to 4 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time is 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly.
Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day. For example, an order placed late on Friday will typically begin processing on Monday.
Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.99 per order for all destinations within the United States.
Any additional costs, such as reshipping due to incorrect address information, will be clearly communicated before being processed.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
We work with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and shipping requirements.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute the package.
If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
Damaged or Defective Items
Ceramic products are fragile, and although we use protective packaging, damage during transit may occasionally occur.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Returned to Sender
A package may be returned to us if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, if delivery attempts fail, or if the package is refused.
Once the returned package is received, you may request reshipment or a refund. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.
If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
