At Smalltown Ceramics, we understand that you may need to make changes to your order shortly after placing it. This policy explains the time frame, what changes are allowed, and how to request a cancellation or modification.

Cancellation and Modification Timeframe

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

This time window allows us to begin processing orders promptly while still giving you a reasonable opportunity to make changes. After 24 hours, orders are typically already in processing and can no longer be adjusted.

What Can Be Modified

Within the 24-hour window, you may request the following changes:

  • Change of size or product variant
  • Change of color or style
  • Update to the shipping address
  • Update to recipient name or contact details

All requests are subject to product availability and must be confirmed by our support team.

How to Request Cancellation or Modification

To cancel or modify your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

Please use a clear subject line to help us process your request faster:

  • For cancellation: CANCEL #YourOrderNumber
  • For modification: MODIFY #YourOrderNumber

In your email, include:

  • Your order number
  • The name used at checkout
  • The specific change you would like to make

We handle requests in the order they are received and aim to respond within one business day.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

After the 24-Hour Window

Once the 24-hour period has passed, orders are considered final.

At this stage:

  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Shipping details cannot be changed
  • Products cannot be modified

If you still contact us after this period, we may review your request, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has started.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

If needed, you may contact us after delivery for further support based on our shipping and return policies.
